Bijnor is well connected with major cities through road and railways. NH-119 connects Bijnor to Meerut at one end and to Kotdwar (Uttarakhand) at the other end. State highways connect it to Muzaffarnagar, Moradabad and Haridwar. Nazibabad, Meerut and Moradabad are other nearest railway stations.
